Deutsch Shipping costs within Austria 
are € 8.50 per package (max. 6 queens per package).
Shipping costs abroad 
are € 14.25 per package (max. 6 queens per package). An additional € 19.45 per order covers TRACES documentation and processing with the veterinary authorities.
Shipping usually takes place at the beginning of the week (Monday or Tuesday at the latest), subject to availability and receipt of payment, as well as any necessary Traces registration.
Shipping is via priority registered mail with tracking. We cannot guarantee the live arrival of queens and attendant bees; the shipping risk in this regard lies solely with the buyer.
We expressly disclaim liability for delivery delays caused by force majeure or by our contracted logistics providers, such as Austrian Post, DPD, GLS, UPS, or DHL. Likewise, we cannot accept liability for queen bees lost in transit.
Even for shipments abroad, we expressly disclaim all guarantees and liability for the live arrival of queen bees. The risk lies solely and explicitly with the customer.
